These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Champ Tours & Travels website and your booking of any tour package, hotel, cruise, or activity through us. By making an enquiry or booking with Champ Tours & Travels, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after Champ Tours & Travels has acknowledged your enquiry and received the applicable advance payment, where required. Package prices, availability, and inclusions are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

Payments

Payment terms (advance amount, balance due date, accepted modes) will be shared at the time of booking confirmation. Please retain all payment receipts for your records.

Traveller Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification, arriving on time for transfers and activities, and following the safety instructions of our guides and activity operators.

Changes by Champ Tours & Travels

Ferry schedules, weather conditions, and local authority restrictions in the Andaman Islands can occasionally require changes to an itinerary. We will always try to offer the closest possible alternative and will inform you as early as we can.

Liability

Champ Tours & Travels acts as a facilitator between you and third-party service providers (hotels, ferry operators, activity vendors). While we vet our partners carefully, we are not liable for delays, losses, or incidents caused directly by third-party operators, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
